9. Contact Information
If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us. Email slyce.app@outlook.com.
10. Payments Between Users
Slyce is not a payment processor, bank, wallet or money transmitter, and is not a party to any payment between users. When you use Slyce to pay someone, you do so in that person's own banking or wallet app; Slyce only shows the payment details the recipient chose to save. Recipients are responsible for the accuracy of those details, and payers must check the recipient's name and the amount in their own payment app before sending money. Slyce cannot initiate, hold, reverse, cancel or refund a transfer, and cannot recover money sent to the wrong person or account. Recording a payment in Slyce updates the ledger between users; it does not mean money moved. Payment disputes are between the people involved. Do not use Slyce to request or send fraudulent payments, and do not save another person's payment details without their permission.
